In
My Father's House

One
day I felt God’s Spirit near
and heard Him whisper in my ear.
I could feel His peace inside
and overwhelmed by love, I cried.
His grace He wanted me to see
and so He spoke these words to me:

“I
died and rose so all could be
redeemed, unshackled and set free.
I lived and loved among mankind
so all could see God’s love defined.
I came into a world of sin
so heaven all could enter in.
I came, my child, so you could live
and God would all your sins forgive.
I came, my child, so you could be
in my Father’s house with Me.”
