Wipe Out

The girl went to the beach,

She had always wanted to teach,

Her name was Annie Sue,

Her age was twenty two.

Her surf board is brand new,

She paid a lot for it too!

So now she looks out to see,

If she can find her friend Lea.

They always met at the shore,

A lot of fun was in store,

They heard the surf was coming in,

So they carried their board out again.

Surfing is what they love to do,

They've been surfing since they were two.

Not many friends joined them to surf,

They just stayed and walked on the turf.

Later they watched the tide roll in,

And then saw it go back again.

They waited for the big waves that day,

And when they came they went out to play.

Annie was the best surfer out on the sea,

Because soon there was a wipe out for Lea.

Annie yelled, "Lea, are you OK?"

"Yeah and I'm ready to play!"

The wipe out was pretty serious, but not for Lea,

Because she loved that beautiful sea!
