The Lord Understands

When you are burdened and distressed

The Lord brings peace and rest.

In the times you are tired and crushed

Just come to Him in quiet hush.

Take your burdens to Him there

He is always willing to hear.

Bow your head before His throne

The Lord is willing to come alone.

He will erase the hurt and pain

He will touch and heal again.

Just give your burdens to Him

He is your dearest friend!
