Suffering & Healing The false prophet says we don't need to be sick ~ Our lack of faith has kept us so weak. They contend that God has no part in such things ~ Yet we all suffer with some aches and pains. According to this suggestion no one has faith enough ~ Because everyone has had some kind of sick stuff. Even with such sickness or pain ~ Their faith can still remain. All mankind has fallen into sin ~ That is why suffering will come again. All of nature is under a curse ~ So we will sometimes need a nurse. God can heal every sickness or disease ~ It matters not if we believe. God knows just what it takes for you ~ To be the person you ought to. He knows what you will do ~ If He has mercy and heals you. Some will never give God the credit due ~ For the healings that He may do. Every time we have a cold or flu and get well ~ There is a healing story to tell. Do you think that man is in charge ~ By his faith he is so large? It is God's Word that will stand ~ Not our wishes and commands. Day by day God knows what we need ~ He even let His own Son bleed. What makes you think you are worth more ~ Than the Son of God with such a chore. Faith is a gift from God to man ~ God gave all a helping hand. When you are sick don't think your faith may lack ~ God can use that sudden heart attack. It shows you how human you really are ~ You will see your need for that bright and Morning Star. Suffering is a cure in its self ~ By it you learn how others felt!
