Sorrow There is a crushing blow of sorrow ~ When a loved one goes. The pain and saddness inside ~ When one I love dies. Time cannot erase the pain ~ That will always remain. I think of things I could have done ~ For this precious loved one. No other sees the deep sorrow ~ That the children now know. When a parent has passed away ~ There is nothing left to say. What can a child do after all ~ When there is death's call. Only heaven knows the heart ~ Down deep in the inner part. The flowers have a sweet smell, And death has a story to tell Dad, I love you so ~ I know you must go. Still there will be much sorrow, But from the grief I will only grow. I will learn to spend some time ~ With those who are on my mind. Dad, I know you hear my voice ~ You have always been my choice. So rest peacefully in Jesus arms ~ Where there are no more harms. I now let you go ~ Because I love you so! Poem written by: Lena Ayer Kittrell Background design by: Lena Ayer Kittrell Midi "Amazing Grace" by: Lena Ayer Kittrell
