"Who dares accuse us whom God has chosen for His own? Will God? No! He is the One who has given us right standing with Himself." (Romans 8:33 NLT)

Rhythm of the Raindrops

The tree stands with its arms reaching out,

And the raindrops tickle the leaves as it shouts.

The sound is coming to my ear,

As the raindrops pound I can hear.

It's a sight to behold the way of the wind,

Rushing all around the trees it sends

The drops fall to the ground,

As on the earth the water pounds.

The rhythm of the drops continues to grow,

And it's like a tune I use to know.

Then the flash of lightning blazed across the sky,

And the colors were so brilliant it caused me to sigh.

God has taught me many things,

And these raindrops cause my heart to sing!
