Evening Prayer

O' Lord as I now bow in prayer

I know that you are there.

I plead with You to save our land

From the works of this evil man.

Give wisdom to all that lead,

And on Your word teach us to feed.

If we must face the enemy

Give us courage to trust in Thee.

Lord, give faith to all that call,

And to their knees humbly fall.

As a nation we have failed

To allow You to prevail.

Now we stand in unity

Seeking to call on Thee.

Many voices are raised to the sky

Lord, you understand the reasons why.

We struggle with the elusive plan

Of a very wicked man.

You know where he is tonight

One day he will bow to Your Light.

I realize that You are in control,

And You can destroy his stronghold.

Night vision You designed long ago,

And from You all blessings flow.

Lord, on You I call for help

Because I cannot win by myself.

The flag of our land is waving in the air

O' Lord prove to the enemy You are there!
