God drew the plan in eternity past,

He designed the world and the dye was cast.

His creation shows His mighty splendor everywhere,

As He sits in heaven on the great white throne up there.

Man was given a will and the breath of life,

And God even created for Adam a wife.

In paradise man had all he ever needed,

But Satan came to his wife and interceded.

She listened to the lie that he had told,

And God cast them from paradise into the cold.

Time passed and man went his wicked way,

Abraham came on the scene later one day.

He was a man that trusted God’s Word,

But the world was wicked, I have heard.

God was so angry that He sent a great flood,

But saved Noah and his family under the Arks hood.

God through time sent prophets to warn all men,

But they didn’t listen and continued to sin.

He had given Moses the commands for all time,

But the people were still just simply blind.

God loved His people no matter how they lived,

So instead of destroying them He had mercy to forgive.

He sent His only Son to pay the price they owed,

The perfect man alone had carried sins load.

We now live in a world with sin and darkness still,

But because of Jesus the light has come at the Fathers Will!
