In the Garden of Eden that day

Satan tempted Eve to try his way.

He cunningly devised a plan

To overthrow the paradise of man.

Adam walked in the cool of the day

With God as they talked on the way.

They had a perfect place to be

With access to all but one tree.

Satan made it appear to Eve

God had them deceived.

Just eat the fruit from the tree,

And you will be able to see.

You will become like God; it's true,

And wisdom will be given to you.

Satan has never forsaken his ploy

To see our weakness is his joy.

Just eat the chocolate cake, and pie,

And he will keep telling you lies.

When you are completely out of control

Satan is laughing at your soul.

The most delicious foods catch your eye

When you gain the weight you cry.

He is tricky as he can be

It happens gradually you see.

Just a small piece of pie today,

And a little cake on the way.

Maybe a bar of candy or two

You don't think it will hurt you.

The mirror is no longer your friend,

And the scales say you are not thin.

Satan then begins to chuckle

When you loosen the buckle.

You can't stand how you look,

But you are a very good cook.

The Garden of Eden is now long gone

To many Satan's game is still unknown.

"Eat up it won't hurt you"

Is that completely true?
