"He was despised and rejected - a man of sorrows, acquainted with bitterest grief. We turned our backs on him and looked the other way when he went by, He was despised, and we did not care. Yet it was our weakness he carried; it was our sorrows that weighed him down. And we though his troubles were a punishment from God for his own sins! But he was wounded and crushed for our sins. He was beaten that we might have peace. He was whipped, and we were healed!" (Isaiah 53: 3-5 NLT)

Healing

Lord, You can make sinners all new,

But I don't know what you will do.

Strength and power are in Your hand

To heal and restore fallen man.

You have paid the final price

You made the ultimate sacrifice.

Without Your touch we can not awake

And see our guilty soul's fate.

O' soul turn from your wickedness and sin

Truly repent and welcome Jesus in.

Confess to Him your guilty plight,

And He will give you eternal Light.

Thirst O' soul to know Him well

Because He has saved you from hell!
