Do you think God is amused ~

With the things that you choose?

Stop and think for a while ~

What is that wicked smile?

Are you guilty of taking part ~

In the matter of throwing evil darts.

Are you one of God's chosen few ~

Then what is this thing you do?

That silly costume you wear,

And that painted green hair.

The carved pumpkin on the front porch,

And that candle for a torch.

Is that a Devil's suit on you?

What on earth will you do?

Tell me just one thing ~

What are the Christians doing?

Ghost, witches, devils and such ~

I think that is a little too much.

Are you saying you want to be bad?

Don't you think that makes God sad.

He designed you to be in His image,

But to that you have done a lot of damage.

When you stand before His throne ~

How will you explain that costume?

Will He ever listen to you ~

With all the things you now do?

Consider Halloween is a pagan holiday ~

Have you forgotten Thanksgiving Day?

Do you bow your head and thankfully pray?

The harvest is truly good  ~

When you have understood!
