Grace So Amazing I sit and I ponder God’s grace, And I get a smile on my face. What joy to know such love God sent down from above. Mercy filled His very heart, And saved me from the start. Before the world was formed, Or I was an infant in the womb He chose me all by Himself Not on how I have ever felt. What a wonder I have found Amazing grace is the sound. He drew me near to His side Then I repented all in stride. Awesome God the mighty One Sent to earth His only Son. He came to become a man Yes, this was in God’s plan. In His wisdom long ago God loved the world so. His creation was for His glory I now share the eternal story. Bridges built by God alone Calling us before His throne. Desiring God was not in man Until God taught him to understand. He gave His Spirit to show the way Convicting, teaching day by day. God’s grace so amazing to me In His infinite Kingdom my soul resides Where God the Master always abides! Poem
