By Faith

"For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith."

1 John 5:4

Do you think you have God figured out?

Then my friend there is great doubt.

God is not like you and me

He is from all eternity.

We could never search out His mind

There is just not enough time.

He is far greater than man

So you cannot begin to understand.

It is by faith that is the way

To come to God today.

Not by the works of your hands,

But by faith is God's plan.

So read and study to be approved,

But by faith you will never be removed.

God is not as simple as me

So by faith in Jesus His face I shall see!
