Beautiful baby I held in my arms

She was so filled with charms.

In her little dress with the frills

She gave me so many thrills.

With the smile on her face

I held her in my embrace.

Tiny baby she was mine

I will love her for all time.

She is now a grown up lady

She is no longer a little baby.

However she is just as sweet,

And she is in my heart for keeps.

God has given me this gem,

And I will forever thank Him.

As a mother I am so proud

She makes me float on clouds.

Can't you see that she is so fair?

And she will even fix your hair.

Just look at this real beauty

She is my little cutie.

See now how she smiles

She makes my life worth while.

Thank you O' Lord above

For giving me a daughter to love!
