Amazed By Him

Wonder of Wonders that God would love me,

And give up His Son so that I could see.

Miracles fill the world each day-

Especially when we stop to pray.

They are not as some might think.

He does them whenever I drink-

Not from the cup in my hand,

But from the Word I now stand.

Visions do not come in my sight,

But He shows me by His light.

He never worries that I might fall;

He knows by faith I will answer His call.

Even that is a gift given by Him;

To keep my weak eyes from growing dim.

Still I must be reminded each day-

That from His path I should not stray.

My life is but a vapor in time,

And the sin I commit is a crime-

To God not the world of men and beast,

And of His dear children, I am the least!
